Okay, Tanya herself is economically right, socially liberal, and anti-communist, BUT
She's wrong, the entire narrative is about destroying her free market worshipping ideals and antipathy towards other people.
Even her "I'm super rational and logical" is a cope and she's way more emotional and grows to have actual human connections that change her actions and beliefs, while she's still in denial about it.
The fandom can be extremely politically right, unfortunately, but the actual story and narrative in the light novel and anime are a rebuke Tanya's beliefs.
...the manga is a bit more uncritical of Tanya and depicts are in a much better light without dealing with her shit ass beliefs as much.
(The original author is a military otaku and is left-leaning liberal or left-leaning centrist, cause he definitely thinks Tanya herself is a major idiot and his other works are about a centrist liberal government's struggles to stay out of the tensions preceding WW2 and a communist union of nations and peoples having a future citizen travel back in time to make sure it actually happens against ethnic and political squabbling; so I think a politically minded left-leaning liberal makes the most sense.)
