I have a distinct memory of sitting in my living room at 5 years old, repeating my name over and over to hear myself say it and deciding I loved it. There are so many ways we are influenced to not completely embrace who we are and I have really found that making conscious efforts to love details and love the whole of yourself is not just freeing, it's also enjoyable.
