thought i might share the fact that lemon parties have become a yearly tradition amongst my friends (i forced them into it a while back and it has carried on ever since without them knowing the origin of the lemons)

can you show us how you format the group chat in the fic i’m writing my on gcau and i wanna format it like yours but i cannot get it right lol

ok so i usually use my laptop and copy and paste from libreoffice into the ao3 writer thing and use the rich text option, you can type directly in there if you want but i had an issue with crashing with one of my old laptops and i lost everything a few times lol

i made this quick diagram to try to explain how it works in the ao3 text area but if you're still confused i'll be happy to try to explain in words

and then ofc every name and the group chat name is bold and i use hyphens before people joining/leaving/name changes etc (no idea why i started doing that, i wish i didn't actually)

i already decided on 200 chapters for this one so it won't end for a while, and afterwards ... who knows

but fun fact i do have some ancient documents of fully written tgcautnaf events (aka not in group chat format) that covered things like lemon parties and the STD murder but the lemon parties were left unfinished and the STD murder is all over the place, if i were to ever post them they would need A LOT of editing (possibly even rewritten completely)

but i would honestly love to write some other stuff, whether it's fanfic or original works, but unfortunately i don't have the attention span or the time to do so right now :/
