okay so ive been seeing a lot of misinformation spreading around about various popular pet animals under the Limbuscompanius genus, (limbi's for short) and im starting this blog to hopefully clear up some misconceptions ive seen being spread around and also potentially help any struggling Limbuscompanius owners!

some info about myself...

i'm not comfortable sharing my irl name online so please call me dante! they/them pronouns. i've been a huge animal lover all my life, and grew up around a lot of Limbi's throughout my life. (at some point i swear my family had, like, five gregors.) i'm currently studying in college to hopefully become a veterinarian and help as many Limbi and other animals as much as i can!

i like to categorize the most popular Limbi species thusly:

the show species

includes hong lus, yi sangs, sinclairs and faust.

the hunting species

includes outi, gregors, meursaults and ishmaels.

and the "just barely not a feral animal" species

includes ryoshus, don quixotes, heathcliffs and rodions.

of course, these are very broad categorizations, and there are even exceptions to the typical behaviors of the species among breeds (not to mention some of the species that arent even covered here) but these are the animals i keep on seeing the most misinformation about, which i hope to clear. i will be making long posts on the broad "pure" versions of the species, and then i'll have some smaller posts on different breeds included in that species. i will also have my ask box open for any questions some struggling Limbi owners may have. i hope to help as many as i can!

its kinda fun looking back on this all. but also kinda sad now that its over. i know i could easily continue where i left off, but I dont rely on myself to keep up with it. not to mention all of the work i have already. it serves as a really funny story to tell, though. my own small little mark on the limbus company fandom.

i think that era was stressful for me, though. i had just moved into a new home, was in a new school, and had to abandon all of my old friends... its not to dissimilar from how life is now, in all honesty. except right now its kinda worse, lol. all of the posts i made, every interaction, it all faded away from my memory into a weird, multicolored blur.

i think i miss the interaction, the most. i had people who admired me for the work i did, and found my content fun. i wish i had that still, but its so hard to do things now because school drains so much out of me. its kinda sad, but i also dont want to go back.

its almost.... fuck, it's been almost a year or two since the limbiverse started. god thats weird to think about. i guess this is to say: thank you, mod dante, for all of the memories. good and bad.
