◤❤◢ Hands in his pockets his smile faltered only briefly. "Well that's a long ways away. Long long long loooonnng ways away." Not that long Spirit. 

"Shame you can't stick around! Try and plunge the world into an endless void of hellish darkness and such. But you look like you could fall apart at any minute." He smiled.

◤❤◢ “Good to see some of the older people talking again! Lord Death, the Kishin, Stein, Satan.” Pauses. “Wait..”

"I heard my name. What’s going on?"

◤❤◢ "I'm not quite sure? But I think Satan is hitting on the kishin.." Squints and munches on popcorn. Offers some to Stein.

  "Some might say I am the proverbial unwanted house guest, eh?"

◤❤◢ "Well if you're here to possess Asura again then yes. But! If  you're here just looking handsome as you do then no." He beamed. Getting in good with Satan is the way to go.

◤❤◢ "Good to see some of the older people talking again! Lord Death, the Kishin, Stein, Satan." Pauses. "Wait.."

  "~Yes You. That’s a part of your job, remember?~"

The god sighed. He was getting too old for this. “~Because I will not be the one to be yelled at once she does her bi-monthly inspection.~”

Shaking his head, Death used his thumb to lift his mask up and grinned before patting the top of Spirit’s head affectionately.

"~It is good to be back, old friend. Now, about my tea and biscuits…~"

◤❤◢ "I believe part.. no ALL of my job is to look amazing. Check." He smoothed a hand through his hair and smiled. "And to keep Lord Death alive and protected. Check!" Resting a hand on his tummy he sighed. 

"Though I suppose I could get us something to eat." Retreating for a few moments he returned with tea for his Lord and some ..beverage for himself. 

"There were some Christmas Cookies in the breakroom." Munching happily. No idea who they belonged too. "So what've you been up to on your break, hmm?"

  "~I had a few matters of great importance to attend to. And you know very well, that Asura only throws away his own paper work. I can’t even get into your office, it’s literally stuffed to the brim….hm?~" He paused for a moment before roughly tugging him back. He really should invest in a man sized baby leash for Spirit.. "~You will have time to eat once you make tea and biscuits as soon as we get to the Death Room, how does that sound?~"

◤❤◢  "Gak!" He yelped as he's dragged across the room. "As I make the tea and biscuits?! Me?! I'll get my suit dirty!" He whined the entire way there, until they were literally in the Death Room itself.

"..and another thing, why drag Azusa into this?! She doesn't need to be here!" Brushing himself off as he stood up he glanced towards the Death God. 

"Good to have you back, Sir."  More food in his mouth, where did he even get it from?!

"~Not anymore you’re not! Time for work! You are so behind on your paperwork, it is entirely unseemly! Azusa will be here in less than a month, and if you don’t wish to incur her wraith, I’d suggest you get started right away!~"

◤❤◢  "And you've been gone forever! Where have you been! You know I can't be left alone! The kishin threw away all the paperwork! Can't I at least stop for something to eat?!" He complained, reaching out for anything within his grasp.

Grabs him by the ear and begins to drag him back to the Academy. "~Vacation's over Spirit, Back to work.~"

"MY LORD I WAS STILL IN BED."

  Grinning doctor. Stein, yes. Besides, it wasn’t her… It was the pint-sized blond boy beside her, giggling, with hands full of scrunchies.

◤❤◢ Spirit, hair still in pigtails narrowed his eyes down at the child. "It was you! You little sneak." Deathscythe grinned and sunk down into a crouch, "Did you do this to me, huh? The all powerful Lord Death's scythe and you gave me pigtails?!" Incredulous he shook his head. 

His tone was light though, teasing of course. 

"How am I gonna beat the bad guys looking like this! What if Asura went rogue again, he wouldn't be able to take me seriously with pigtails!" He pouted.
