hello, tumblr!! long time no seeee! I remembered the times where I needed to create an account for education purposes hehe, thank you tumblr, you really helped me a lot! well, let me tell you a little bit about myself. hmm can't say I became more matured, but my mindset's cool for my age. been through heart breaks, but I'm with my sure thing now, Lorraine. can't also say that I'm doing good with my academics this year, but compared to last year, I've been better. proud of my achievements rn, 3rd runner up for Afro-Asian Literature contest, and also 3rd runner up in balagtasan 2023. face to face was reallyyyyyy fun. we also moved near our school, because travelling 1hr everyday to go to school IS SUCH A STRUGGLE. had A LOT of drama with my life, twitter has been my vent place/safe place. but yeahh still doing great1 had a lot of ups and downs but I know I'll get through everything as long as I stay strong hehe. bye tumblr! nice to see you again.

Differences

Many of us have unique bodies, facial features, personalities, and other characteristics. However, how you treat someone because of their imperfections remains unchanged. I consider myself to be an overweight individual... I constantly get body shamed. Yes, it makes me feel horrible about myself at times. Though bullying doesn't change my perspective of achieving my goals. I've been an honor student since I was in kindergarten, and I've had a lot of ups and downs. I, too, grew up with blurry vision. I was also severely bullied because of my large glasses, and they made insulting jokes about my vision at times. I just want to show people that no matter what body type, skin tone, or personality they have, they can be happy. You remain attractive. And for those who bully others because of their flaws, put yourself in their shoes and picture what it's like to be in their shoes.

Be an Influencer

Being a blogger entails telling the public about what you see in your surroundings. These might be positive or negative aspects of society. You have the obligation to convince others since you are providing information. The question is: how can I persuade others to face and overcome obstacles in a positive manner?

I have my own Tumblr account, It also allowed us to pinpoint issues in our own regions (barangays in San Marcelino). In Rabanes, I was struck by the large number of out-of-school juvenile children, many of whom were still very young. Fortunately, we provide SPKP (Summer Pre-Kindergarten Program) to children aged 4-6 years old throughout their summer vacations. I offered that they use one covered court, and I decided to teach them how to read and write with the aid of my churchmates. All of the supporting material (pictures and videos) were connected to blog entries in order to show it to my readers as true news.

And here is how I want to persuade them: through vlogs that depict the cause/before solution's and after' scenarios. You will not only declare what needs to be improved, but you will also have precise strategies that will enable you to contribute to society's evolving requirements. Creating volunteer teams will help with work assignment: budget allocator, documentation team, and so forth. If you get more support from your readers by replying to and commenting on your blog articles; fundraising efforts, collaboration with student-artists and student-performers to arrange a cause-related event.

Being a blogger entails taking calculated risks in order to become more action-oriented, which may encourage others to do good no matter what.

If you have a kind heart and put yourself in the shoes of others, you can support indefinitely. And having you help them achieve their life objectives is an emotional yet lasting event for them.

How to have fun in this time of Pandemic?

Without spending a lot of money, there are various ways to have fun while keeping safe and healthy during the pandemic. Crafting, jogging, playing games, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends are just a few of my favorite pastimes. There are several activities to partake in, whether alone or in the company of others. Play fun and innovative games online or in person with your friends. You may play board games, card games, puzzles, or play games with others by downloading an app or going online. Crafts are a great way to express yourself and be creative. You might hold a painting/art competition - get a few friends, some food, and some art supplies and produce something in a certain amount of time, then display it.

Watching movies or television series with friends and family is a terrific way to bond. You may both watch something at the same time or talk on the phone at the same time. You may even prepare or bake something together at the same time or over the phone. Simply look up a recipe, get the supplies, and prepare it over the phone. Spending time with your family and friends does not always have to be expensive or need you to jeopardize your health and safety. This year, like so many others throughout the pandemic, will be unique as we adjust to COVID-19's adjustments. It's critical to keep safe and protect people around you, so maintain social distance and wear protective clothing. If you or someone close to you is sick, remain at home. Many low-cost activities are enjoyable during the pandemic and will continue to be enjoyable when the pandemic has ended.

My Personal Favorite Quotes

Some people like quotes about life, adventure/travel, and love. but for me, I love quotes about Mental health because it helps me cope when I’m having a breakdown or a hard time.

My Favorite quote is “You don’t have to be positive all the time. It’s perfectly okay to feel sad, angry, annoyed, frustrated, scared, and anxious. Having feelings doesn’t make you a negative person. It makes you human.” - Lori Deschene. This is my favorite quote because some adults labeled depressed people as “artistic humans” it hurts for us depressed people to be labeled by that because we are also human, some adults don’t know what we’re going through and it tells.

Based on my experience, if you’re this kind of person use the “Don’t Judge the Book by Its Cover” - George Eliot. It helps a lot, and this quote helps you improve your personality :>

What are friends for?

True friendship is that feeling of sharing, caring, and love. You can count on them. You have an assurance in your heart that no matter what there are certain people who would understand you and appreciate your true worth. You would not find any signs of showy attitude, sweet-talk, and conceited behavior in true friendship. You feel a sense of worth. One of the most important aspects of friendship is that you can depend on them in your good and bad phases.

Dated September 2, 2021, Ate Aura (my friend), and I had fun together at my house because it was my mom’s birthday, we ate spaghetti, fried chicken complimented with rice. We also blew some balloons with air and decorated them for my mom’s birthday, we two had a bonding time, we danced, sang, and we even played with each other’s hair. And we had some deep conversations about our lives and also our mental health.

Based on my experience, being with friends really makes my day and it extends the relationship between the two of us.

BALI OF LIWA: A Tranquil Place to Stay

We, people have different recreational activities depending on our tastes. Some might want to hike, eat to restaurants or binge-watch movies. But for us, Asis family, together with close friends had decided to visit Bali of Liwa (located at San Felipe) to celebrate uncle Pedro’s 51st birthday. And also to free our minds for one’s mental health. 

Dated December 21, 2021, we arrived at 10:37 am with foods that my mom cooked for us. We filled our cravings by eating spaghetti, carbonara, adobo complimented with rice. We took pictures, sitting on the wooden chairs that are Instagram-worthy. We walked to the bridge and sight-seeing, surrounded by a forest that provided us cold breeze. When nipa huts are to be discussed, what’s unique is that these have terraces to enjoy the beach view albeit the ongoing construction of its resort. 

From my experience, being with family is the best choice I have ever considered. Through this resort visitation, I regained my energy and developed deep talks with my loved ones. <3
