You are more than 3d. You can shape reality. You can be whatever you want to be. Experience whatever you want to experience. Be the prince of Egypt, be a dragon, be a woman, be a man, anything. Intrusive thoughts and "I didn't shift!!!" Is bullshit. You shift everytime you decide you shift. Everything you do is a shift. And you can control where you do shift. So don't cry, don't be mad, don't be embarrased , nothing can get in your way to your dream life.

I can shift insanely easily.

In a blink, with the intention, I shift.

I have shifted.

Shifting occurs to me naturally.

I can shift just by closing my eyes and envisioning my reality before me.

It is too easy to detached from my cr.

My eyes open immidiently as I gain awareness in my dr.

Everything feels real, and grounding, the relaxation of my eyebrows, the pressure of my body against the material I am sat/laying on.

All my five senses are aligned with my dr

My awareness is aligned with my dr
