RealLifeStruggle#2: I’m not cut out for DRAMA.

I went to the cinema this afternoon with my friends to watch a movie, of course. I forced one of my friends, Arianne, to watch a horror one, but she refused saying that she couldn’t stand watching horror movies so we just ended up choosing rom-dra-com (short for romance-drama-comedy; I invented this lol) to watch instead. It’s not really my type of a movie, but I had to watch it because I had no other choices and since I was already there. But before that, we ate at McDonald’s first because the movie will start at 2:15PM and it was only passed 12 noon when we arrived there.

So yeah, after eating for about 1 hour and a half ( if you’re wondering why it took us so long to eat that’s coz we ordered too many meals), we proceeded at the ticket counter to buy tickets. I had to let my pal borrow my money ‘cause he didn’t bring enough cash with him. And that’s it. We went inside even if the movie hasn’t even started yet. When we were about to enter inside, a random whiny middle-aged man who was also about to enter suddenly talked to us and spouted some nonsense bullshix. And it went like this: MAN: HEEEY. FIRST DAY OF CLASSES AND YOU’RE ALREADY DILLY-DALLYING HERE AND ALL BEING A TRUANT. GO HOME AND JUST DO YOUR ASSIGNMENTS. ARIANNE: HAHA… WE DON’T HAVE CLASSES ANYMORE. SHAINA: IT ENDED EARLIER. MAN: *annoyingly chuckles* OH REALLY.. *whispers* No classes or you didn’t actually go to school.. ME: *squints* …wtf

IT WAS REALLY AGGRAVATING AND I FELT REALLY PROVOKED ENOUGH FOR ME TO PUNCH THE MAN. And the people with him were all just laughing and thought that he was really funny when he wasn’t. TOTALLY NOT FUNNY AT ALL. But I remained calm because he was being so stupid and I know that I shouldn’t argue with stupid people. Moving along… when we finally went inside, we chose the middle seats and we waited for the movie to start. After a few commercials and whatnot, it finally started. All the lights went off and the only source of light we had was only from the big screen. The movie started with these cliche love lines and some bittersweet things. It was actually hilarious.

The story was good and I didn’t expect too much drama on it. When we were on the good part of the movie where the male lead said that he’s life is on the line, all the people inside the cinema were starting to get really, really, really sad about it. Well, sure, it was actually pretty sad so I just shrugged it off and wished for the movie to finish already. Everyone was crying and I was the only one giggling over there like WTF is funny? It was supposed to be drama and not comedy. That just proves that I’m not really cut out for any drama movies coz I will either get carried away and cry along the way or just laugh.

RealLifeStruggle#1: More theme park or nah?

So my mom made me wash the dishes and clean the kitchen this morning. In return, I asked her to go to the theme park and she agreed. Yay. Not much expected from her tho. lol ‘Cause she often refuses me.

So we went there at 2PM. We didn’t expect too much traffic because New Year celebration is already finished, but it didn’t turn out that way. Traffic was way mooore worse. We arrived at the park at 4:15PM or so. Can you imagine that? If there was no traffic, we could’ve arrived there at less than 1 hour. And there were no parking spaces so we got to drive on to the available parking spaces ahead. The park was already packed with soooo many people. Good thing the park was closing at midnight. We had a lot of time still. So moving along... we bought 5 tickets that costed too much that you can even buy more than 30 different meals from Mcdonald’s with the money we paid. LMAO. Then we entered the park.

Me and my sister got a discount because we’re both students. My brother didn’t ‘cause he already graduated. So as for the promo discount, we had a free blizzard 60z ice cream from DQ, but we didn’t get to claim it ‘cause the queue was so long so we just bought an ice cream from another ice cream stalls inside the park.

So we all separated the moment we entered the park (after taking a few selfies, of course coz my mom was so eager to do it). I roamed the park with my sister, my mom with her friend and my brother went off by himself. Me and my sis went to get in line for a ride. There were lots of people on queue and we were standing there for more than 2 hours or so because the ride got temporary closed ‘cause of the bad weather, but thankfully, they still made us continue to ride it after the rain stopped and a few tests. So the ride is called Disk-O Magic where there are 24 seats. The ride will spin at a normal rate (you won’t get dizzy). First at clockwise and then it would change to counter-clockwise. It takes its riders on a spinning and rocking adventure of motion. It was my first time riding it and I was really astonished. I kept shouting “OMFG; Holy shit;” and a lot of super girls screams coz bruuuuh. It lasted for more than 2 minutes. It was worth it. My legs were shaking when it was over. HA. And I was so brave before I even ride it. And after that-- it was already 7:33PM. We didn’t go for another ride because the queue was really long. We’re impatient. lol So we just bought some food while waiting for my mom and my bro. My feet were so tired from walking and it was raining moderately, too. IT WAS REALLY TIRING. I DON’T EVEN KNOW IF I REALLY ENJOYED GOING THERE. I DON’T KNOOOOW. SO THAT’S ALL. We went home at 10PM.
