Asking for Advice

Sometimes my girlfriend goes through phases where she wants alone time. And I get it. Everyone needs their time to themselves. But for me, I already start feeling antsy when she doesn’t talk to me for a couple hours or for a day, because I get lonely easily. So how do I get my mind off of it. What do you guys do to let go?
