I cut out caffeine officially! I’m so proud of my lil self lmao. I’m gonna try n make today a better day. This morning was rly hard but I feel better after taking a nap. My dr changed around my meds again so we will see if it helps better.

I haven’t weighed in since I’ve been back but I think I’ll hold off until tomorrow morning.
