the ‘inclusivity for profit’ is insanely exposed right now in the formula one community and brand. when the FIA and each team pledged to ‘We Race as One’, women were included as well. They pledge a car to F1 academy for profit, for exposure, not for diversity. When women express genuine concerns for their safety - suddenly it’s noise, distractions, and it’s all about the racing. Will this sport ever change - probably not.
