Math Teachers

They suck sometimes. It is not hard to understand that I will not be able to solve a problem with concepts that I have never learned. It does nothing for your students to just tell us to figure it out. Some of us are not math oriented, and we need extra help. Don’t fucking leave us behind just because we aren’t genetically inclined to learn math

I have too much homework

I cannot stand when people complain that they have “too much homework” on the weekend and then they spend every night out, all morning sleeping, and then sunday afternoon netflixing, and then sunday evening at 9PM they start their homework. Bitch I start my homework Friday afternoon and I spread it out. Starting at 9 does nothing good. 

You don’t write well “under pressure” or “late at night” you ONLY write then! Plan you time and be efficient and you won't get stressed.

God knows we are assigned too much homework, but God also knows that each of us can do it if we manage our time. Students can graduate with a 4.0 two jobs, and a double major, but they don’t only do homework from 9pm-2am on sunday night. Stop drinking and start thinking.

Postcards and Letters and No Answers

I keep writing postcards and letter to different people, but none respond. I’m starting to get irritated, because either the people send me no confirmation that they received the letters, or that they loved it and can’t wait to hear more. BUT THEY DON’T RESPOND THEMSELVES. How am I supposed to respond to nothing?

Meme Law

One day I hope our generation decides to develop a section of the copyright code specifically for memes. The best thing that could ever happen would be for a judge to have to decide on the true creator of a meme, and to debate its uses in a court. One day I hope to meet a meme lawyer.

Adults being Annoying

So one things adults complain about a lot is how “kids these days” haven’t ever seen a “real” phone, encyclopedia, walkie talkie, or show. They belittle kids, and complain about them not recognizing something from the past.

But you know what the problem is? The act like it’s the kid’s fault. Like it’s our generation’s fault for not knowing or using items from the past.

But the thing is, they teach us. They parent us. They take us places. We learn the world they show us. So when they complain about “kids these days” not knowing/recognizing/understanding something “adults these days” should stop and think about what they have taught us.

Because if there is one thing I have learned from adults, its how to make people younger than me feel unworthy based on age alone.

I need my stuff

I’m sorry. I need my underwear. I need my shirts. I need my socks. I need my pens. I need my paper. Yes you can borrow one or two, once or twice. But as soon as your start using them and not returning them, I am not going to lend you anything.

Yes, it is necessary as humans to be able to cohabit an environment, and to be able to share our necessities. But it is not necessary for me to give you things permanently, or to let you continuously borrow my things after you have mistreated them. It is not selfish to want my things to be treated with respect and care. When I lend you things I expect you to treat them the way I do, and when you don’t, I won't lend them any more.

I’m not overreacting, I just want to be able to use the things I pay for, and earn. I won’t borrow things from you anymore if that is what you wish. But do know I will always treat things the way you would have wanted, even if you don't do the same.
