Stress? What is stress?
Well, whenever I feel stressed, tired, sad, depressed or problematic, I usually have a back-up plan in hand. My stress relievers!
TIME TO BUST UP SOME STRESS!
My technique in busting stress is simple: Do stuff that gives you positive feelings or happiness.
These are my stress relievers:
MUSIC
Music is definitely one of the best stress relievers on the planet! Whenever I feel stressed from school, I just listen to music from different bands and genres. But what really makes me relaxed is indie music. An example of an indie artist is Ed Sheeran. He is one of my top picks when it comes to music.
FOOD
Eating scrumptious food gets rid of all the stress inside me. Eating foods such as lasagna, pizza, fries, sundaes, makes me happy and whenever I’m happy, I’m stress free.
GAMES
When I play a game such as Dota 2, I feel relaxed and hyped. It gives me excitement since I get to play with my friends on the computer and since it requires strategy and teamwork. Whenever I feel stressed, I just play Dota 2 while listening to music which is actually a legit stress reliever.
SPORTS
Indoor and outdoor sports are one of my top stress relievers. It relaxes your thoughts and lets you focus on the game than your daily problems. Whenever I engage in sport activities, I feel happy and energized! It makes me want to work hard and sweat and sweat until I get rid of all this stress and problems in life. Football is definitely one of my stress relievers.

What makes one a good leader or follower?
LEADER
As a leader, you must be able to lead an amount of people to their maximum potential, get rid of the negative side of his/her followers, be liked/followed by many and you must be able to implant hardwork towards your fellow followers. An example of a good leader for me is our current president, Rodrigo Duterte since he leads us all Filipinos to a bright and clean future and gets rid of the negative doings/things in our country. A leader also listens to the calls, suggestions and opinions of his/her followers.
FOLLOWER
As a follower, you must be able to work hard and expect a lot of duties. These tasks will lead you to a lot of experiences. A follower must also be hardworking, determined and focused of what he/she is currently tasked/commanded to do. These experiences will eventually lead you to become a good leader and have good followers to train.
The Emotion Challenge
How can one manage his/her own emotions?
Follow these simple steps and you’ll be able to control/manage your emotions effectively and efficiently.
1.) Dismantle all the negative thoughts in your mind. Think positively and don’t let it get to your emotions.
2.) Think wisely and act accordingly. If it’s unnecessary to do, then don’t do it.
3.) Don’t react right away. Always set your reactions at the right time.
4.) Relax. Breathe normally. Take your time to manage your emotions.
What I Feel About Expectations Of Me
Do you ever feel annoyed or weird when someone says “I expect you to...” or “We expect you to have...” and this and that?
Well, these are called expectations and I get annoyed at some expectations because sometimes people expect a lot from you. They think that it is easy to do such things when in reality it is not. It’s hard to please everyone, specially those who expect big things from you.
One question, who are these people who has high expectations?
They can be your friends, teachers, leaders, and your family. I really don’t understand why people expect this and that from you when they don’t even know what kind of situation you are dealing with. They don’t even know what you feel and what your weaknesses are. They just expect. But I should stop overthinking and just do my best to exceed their expectations. On the bright side, expectations are like motivations. They expect and at the same time motivate you to do your best.

Personal Development and Career Goals
My Goals:
Relationship goals? meh.
My goals are: to repay my parents. Their sacrifices really mean a lot to me and without them, I would be nothing. So it is really my goal to repay them and make them proud of having me as their son.
To be successful. For my ambition, I want to become a successful aeronautical engineer. I want to be successful in school.
To travel the world. In the future, I want to travel the world’s most beautiful landmarks and spots. I want to discover new places and go to beaches and have sunburns.
My Achievements:
As of now, I have managed to graduate from Junior High School to Senior High School. This is one of the biggest achievements that I have accomplished and it really made my parents proud. I also have achievements in sports (Football). These achievements helps me grow into a better person and it really motivates me to aim for more achievements in life.
My Responsibilities:
My responsibility as the older brother of the family is to look after my younger brother and make sure that he is safe, and to support and respect my family and do what is needed to do.
My Personal Mandala
Sorry if it’s too messy, it’s just my kind of art. It’s also messy because this mandala represents my life.
My life right now is completely messed up right now. Ideas and thoughts, mixed up all over in my head. Life just keeps on going and going negatively and it really affects my way of thinking about life. Life has it’s ups and downs, and I understand that it is natural for us to have bad days. Just like in my mandala, all the negative thoughts and the bad days stay outside my circle.
What keeps my circle strong?
See those lines inside the inner circle? Those lines are the foundations. Foundations that make me strong, happy and alive. These foundations are motivations, my family, relatives, friends and the people who I have already met. These foundations are sometimes moments. Moments that have an impact in my life. But to be honest, moments are not always good. There are moments that made my heart broken, made me sad, and moments that made me lose crucial situations. It truly hurts, but I still consider those negative moments as foundations because those moments helped me know what is right and what is wrong, helped me know the truth and it made me stronger than ever. Now, what about that thing in the middle? What does it symbolize? Maybe who? To tell you honestly, that shape is a cross (Yep, a cross). That shape can also be a star since God is the light whenever there is darkness. The cross symbolizes Jesus Christ, the Lord. It is placed in the middle because He is the one who holds all foundations and He is the one who helps us to be happy and forget all those negative thoughts. My personal mandala may look messy, but there is that ONE PERSON who organizes and looks after you even in your darkest troubles or times.
SomeTimes i act and feel like the boss even though I’m still young and lost :3
I also love my family, Relatives, and Friends. All they need to remember is that when you need me i’ll be always be by your side.
I love many things :D like chilling with my friends or family anywhere comfortable we can see even at the side of the road, Eating Food that i’ve never tried, Road trppin’ with my friends, Going to concerts of musicians that i love like michael buble, Parokya ni Edgar, and Lenny Kravitz. I also love video games it is the only thing i do when im super bored or out of jobs or chores to do :) I also love to clean my house from top to bottom it makes a more independent person. Not to forget my love for sports like soccer, basketball, and especially racing. And I will never forget My love for cars modern or classic cars are the beast and the best.
I had the chance to mention that i love to play video games, I dream that someday ill have a complete or fully upgraded pc with a strong and fast wifi and play with famous gamers online with various games. <3 <3 <3

A very simple phrase that talks about how life works and its outcomes.
Roen Daniel L. Encabo, a 1999 kid born on July 6, a proud Christian, Future Engineer, guitarist, football player, and probably a lazy-ass weirdo.
First of all, my name is not Roel nor Rowell, but it’s Roen. Just call me by my nickname Dan-Dan or Dan for short. I live in a small, urbanized city consisting of kind people (Yes, we are kind. I know), traffic, rocky roads, and delicious street foods.
I love to play sports and music together with my friends and I love to travel around the world (Well, maybe the Philippines for now because I don’t have money yet) to see beautiful landmarks and places that I have never been before. I enjoy being with good company. Yes, company of weirdos who understands and laughs with me and doesn’t make any foolishness. I am probably shy at first, but when I get to know you and vice versa, I promise you, you will have weird moments with me. I hope someday, I’ll be successful at something which I can be proud of and give back the sacrifices my family has made.
Life for us is maybe weird and at the same time confusing, but He who is above is building up the path to success, we just have to follow that path and take risks.
