If anyone’s interested in podcasts and film/books/music, Polly Bennett (the movement coach on BoRhap) is on a fantastic podcast episode with Lauren Lyle (Outlander) where they discuss Polly’s work on BoRhap with Rami and also her favourites in film/book/music - the twist is that all the faves has to be produced by women! A fantastic podcast all in all and the episode with Polly was incredibly interesting
