Don’t bother wasting any commodities on me though, I’ve done away with any needs of such things long ago, and before you ask….I’ve no wish what so ever for the Grail.” Avenger followed without hesitation, there was barely any reason to be suspicious of one’s master but still the feel Mukuro gave off was enough to have the servant keep her guard.

Once in the living room she didn’t take a seat like her Master probably, the Avenger just leaned against a nearby wall and waited for the other to speak again.

      「Very well。」 Mukuro commented as she sat on the couch, in a position where she could easily watch Avenger move to lean against a nearby wall。 Once seated, Mukuro could feel her muscles thank her for the relief。 

      「As you know,」 Mukuro began, 「I summoned you to help me win this war, we will be winning this。」 Mukuro’s voice was firm as she spoke, 「I have a rather important wish that I would give anything to achieve。」

"Of course I'll ensure your victory, it would be shameful for an emperor of Rome to offer anything less." The woman of course did have a wish for the Holy Grail, but she would indulge in this Master's fantasies for a while as she did with any other.

"It would offer some slight ease if I knew your wish. If your path differs from mine it will be obvious that we'll have difficulties coordinating with each other."

“Sarcasm certainly won’t get you far with me girl, it is among one of the many things that a despise.” T’was true, although Avenger had a very good reason to hate sarcasm, as she was a very literal minded woman and most of the time didn’t understand one’s joke. “Do you desire any other name to be addressed by? I have fair experience of how you magus love your lowly titles.”

“Then finally we must discuss the more important matters of the war you have summoned me for.”

      A smile was still adorning on her face as Avenger spoke to her, chiding her for her use of sarcasm。 「Mukuro is just fine, but if you want to address me as anything else, go for it。」 Mukuro had no lowly title。 Her family might have some sort of title, sure, or if she hadn’t been disowned she might have one。 

     「Before we discuss, we should move into the living room。」 Mukuro spoke as she began to lead the way, summoning Avenger had taken quite a bit of energy from her, and right now, she wanted to at least rest some by sitting。

On this day Nero Alter decided she wanted to be truly alone, isolation, but that was hard to achieve in Chaldea what with servants being around almost every corner and curve of the complex. So the Avenger looked for what she wanted outside of the building, luckily for her the weather had been calm for the past few days, so while snow sprinkled the ground enough the generate a soft crunch under one’s step it wasn’t too much to dissuade the woman from sitting among the roots of a leafless tree.

She sighed, quite satisfied with her now current situation. It was quiet, one of the few things this Nero desired, though she would soon grow bored of it just the same as She would, so when she did tire of the near complete silence save for the occasional bird, the servant brought out her treasured instrument. A gilded and ornate lyre, it’s body shone with all the brightness pure gold would, and the twelve strings shone too but with glint of crimson, akin to how blood would. First she ran her nails over each string causing a generic melody to sing out from the instrument, but then she started to pluck it as if she knew what she was playing from her heart. One could easily tell that Nero was an expert, as she began to play her heart out, pouring emotion into every pluck and strumming. Of course though she would only play like this when she was absolutely isolated which she assumed she was.

Nitocris wasn’t a mind reader by any means, she simply was good at reading people like the Avenger before her. After all, in many ways, it was like looking in a mirror.

“As if I would care for that obnoxious Pharaoh’s pleasure of me, I am one of the great rulers of glorious Rome a kingdom far superior than what ever that wasteland Egypt could bear fruit to. Also you will not ignore the fact that you have caused my to tarnish my precious lyre!”

Nero then stood from her place among the snow and roots, before hanging her ruined musical piece on a low branch of the tree. Her glare was like fire towards the Caster. “I’m assuming you also happened to hear every single bit of my melody, something I allow no one to hear with out punishment.” The woman’s hands shot up to grasp the other’s ears, Nero fully intended to rip them from Nitocris’s skull.

On reflex, the Pharaoh threw up a mana shield to deflect the blow, taking several steps back to remain out of reach. “Truthfully, I only heard the last few notes. You play well, for a Roman, I suppose.”

Her nails bounced off of the shield with a light sting causing her the click her tongue out of annoyance “Tch...Just leave me alone you meddling sphinx, what more could you hope to achieve after ruining the one item left of me that I enjoyed?”

Oh, she would be one of these masters, hm? Well the Avenger didn’t take well to Hisayo’s blatant flirting, as she sent a scowl up towards her new master who towered a fair bit over her. Nero was mere 5′5″ in this form, and although it was taller than her younger self, most people still obviously stood over her.

“I am not sexy. There is nothing that holds beauty in this world, you also fall under that judgement Hisayo. Now, you shall refer to me as your emperor Nero.” The servant hen took her first step from the center of the magical circle that she had been called through, but she stumbled a bit since she had spent maybe five years in the abyss waiting to be summoned.

“Emperor Nero~ How absolutely sexy~” Always one to be aroused by powerful woman, Hisayo repeats Nero’s name with a flirty tone. She didn’t care what her servant said, she knew sexy when she saw it and Nero was definitely sexy. There was something about the short emperor that made her heart beat loudly in her chest. 

“Besides, I find tons of shit to be beautiful. You. Me. The girl I banged last night. All hot as fuck.”

“You’re free to think whatever you like, but it is useless to try and chase after me like a wolf chases after its next meal. You’ll just be disappointed when I leave you, or I’ll cause your death, either way it won’t be good for you.” The Avenger had witnessed her own wife end her life due to her own actions as Emperor, which were one of the many reasons Nero had been summoned in this state as a servant.

The Caster’s voice was heard before she was seen, materializing next to the Avenger, a curious expression on her face as she appraised the younger Servant and her instrument.

“W-wha?!” The Egyptian’s sudden appearance startled Nero to the point where she actually snapped one of the strings on her lyre, consequently causing it to fall from her hands and into the snow

“Nitocris l-look what you’ve done you idiotic fool!” The Avenger practically scrambled to recover her instrument from a snowy grave, but unfortunately the strings had been cooled far too quickly and slowly started to snap one after another

After a second the Emperor released an extremely aggravated sigh, closing her eyes and beginning judge how the loss of just one servant could effect her Master’s goal.

“Ah…”

The Avenger’s eyes narrowed at the small, new light that washed away the darkness in front of her, oh how long it had been since she’d seen a light. Unlike other servants, the only time an Avenger, or maybe just this one got to see light was as an acting servant. Which this woman had come to terms with, she was the dark side that She never wanted to display. As this servant pondered many things such as what would her master be like, what’s the current situation of the war, and how fast she might die or achieve victory the light grew larger until color and sound flowed into existence. Apparently the servant had been staring at her feet in the abyss as her gaze was met with a light brown and wooden floor, or was it some variation of that traditional Japanese flooring? Putting aside the base flooring, the second thing she noticed was the fairly crude magical circle with the proper sprinklings of blood here and there, something she had seen many times before, unimpressive. Third was the familiar flicker of candle flames, of course there weren’t many of them, now finally having a decent assessment of her surroundings she tilted her head upwards to gaze upon the one that summoned her. Pink hair, my if that wasn’t common in the modern days she might have been surprised, but something finally held her attention. The girl’s eyes, bright gold with a snake’s appeal, she might not have been well versed in magic, but something warned the servant that this one had a way with words.

“How could one such as you even summon me?…Nevertheless you did, I am bound to your to serve in this pitiful war of yours. Now, tell me your name.”

      Mukuro was rather proud of her work. After carefully constructing the circle and doing the necessary steps in order to summon a servant, she had succeeded。 Once the bright light from the summoning had faded and she was able to look upon who she summoned, a small smile dawned on her lips, which only grew once her Servant had addressed her in such a cold manner。

      「I’m glad you’re already so fond of me~」 She crooned softly, 「Ito Mukuro, a pleasure to meet you, Avenger。」
