The RPA team has been finalized!

We want to thank everyone that took the time to apply as a contributor, and everyone that's shown support for the idea. With that, it's time to welcome Evee, Roni, Lex, and Kennedy to our team! We're confident that these four have the vision and expertise needed to help make this blog a success.

We're almost there, but RPA isn't quite open for business just yet. As of now, the contributors will all be coming together to set up the structure of the blog and finalize a few logistics, but as we get the ball rolling we'll be sure to keep all of our followers updated on when you can expect our services to be up and running.

Currently we have five contributors, and we are looking to add 3-5 more. Ideally, we would like to add to our team admins or former admins with significant experience adminning roleplays on tumblr. Below is a very short application for anyone who would like to join our team as a contributor. How would you divide up the workload so that it's not like three people doing most of the requests and always stressed out and the others not doing as much, if that makes sense?

Well, we will have 8-10 admin-contributors so hopefully there will be enough dedication to go around. Also, every one will have their own area(s) of expertise, so workload may also be dependent on what kind of requests we receive.

The plan for requests, at least an idea I have been considering, is drafting requests and whenever one admin-contributor logs on they can glance through questions and requests and decide which ones they think they have something to contribute to, they can add advice, opinion, help, etc. then after so many days (maybe 3 or 5 or a week, probably depending on the question/request) we will post a reply. Some of them may get 3 replies, some may get all 8 it just depends on availability of admin-contributors and if it is something they feel like they have something to contribute to a message/request. So it may take time for us to get requests finished, but we want to give as many contributors as possible time to respond - but this way admins will get a varied response from our contributors.

What are everyone's timezones and does it matter what ours is?

Two of us are EST, one is CST, one is MST, and one is PST.

The way we plan to set this up, timezones won't really matter.
