When you are running - in a flood - but feeling good and clicking the miles off because it's not 10000 degrees out. And then two cops and an old man pull over and ask if you need a ride. Maybe a good idea to cut your 14 mile run short by 2 miles 💪😉😁

4.5 hour ride - 2 flats - and lots of tourist traffic but man I love riding my bike ❤️.

Winner winner chicken dinner - great hot race in sandestin this past weekend - and the best part? My sister came over from New Orleans to spend the weekend with me ! ❤️❤️
