THE ULTIMATE FASTING MOTIVATION (QUOTE BY MYSELF)
Anyone can put it off and say “tomorrow” but be the person to challenge it and you will reach your results sooner than everyone else.
Repeat these words every time you get cravings “the food I crave will be around forever, so why do I need it right now?”
“I can have it as a reward for reaching my goal weight”
When you’re skinny you can afford to gain a few lbs.
Gaining a few lbs once you’ve reached your goal weight will not make a difference beside a bit of bloating.
Each day you fast, is another day of getting skinnier and skinnier
Imagine how proud of yourself you will feel for completing it
Why would you want to feel the regret of binges again? It’s the worst feeling in the world.
Why would you want to keep starting from scratch when you can just get it out the way, do it, and enjoy food after it.
The food will be around forever, don’t rush to have it now. You’ll appreciate it more after a long fast and you’re super hungry.
You will finally reach your goal weight.
Those cookies aren’t worth it
Those chips aren’t worth it
That drink isn’t worth it
Those extra calories aren’t worth it
You’ve done so well. You’ve gone so far.
A little fuck up will RUIN you.
It’ll ruin your progress.
It’ll ruin your motivation.
It’ll ruin all those daily accomplishments that you’ve been working so hard for these last couple of days
And worst of all
It’ll lead to a binge
Because might as well, right?
Then you’ll hate yourself even more
And give up and go back to how you were before
And all that progress you’ve made will go down the drain
All because of a single craving
So don’t do it.
Don’t satisfy what you’ve been thinking about these past couple of hours.
Chug some water and wait for it to go away
Or sleep it off
But don’t give in
Because then you’ll feel so much better knowing you beat the living SHIT out of that craving
Because now you’re even closer to that goal you’ve been working so hard for
And with every victory
Whether it be BIG or small
You’ll find it to be so much more easier to get to where you want to be

watch a 10minute+ video & don’t finish before that time
weight before & after meals
no snacking
cold water (helps metabolism)
make short & long term goals
count to 100 before each meal
sit up straight (helps abs)
take a sip of water each 3 bites
small bites (1 spoonful at a time)
don’t take another spoonful while there’s still food in ur mouth.
don’t think yum think yuck for your favorite foods
leave at least 1 bite on your plate every meal
if hungry, get comfortable, watch ty, so you won’t wanna move
eat with weaker hand (im a righty so i eat with left)
lemon & orange oils for decreasing cravings
your plate should be half veggies
plan out meals daily
You could have: • thin arms • a cute butt • a flat tummy • slim calves • boney hands • visible collarbones • no double chin • thin legs • hipbones • (slightly) visible rips • a thin body
Don’t binge.
people will say they aren’t attractive and then go create art and then go write beautiful poetry and then go bake a cake for a friend and then go spread positivity and then go write a novel and then continue to say they aren’t attractive, as if everything they do doesn’t count or doesn’t matter, as if societal expectations somehow decide their worth and fate.
