Fuma might play the innocent, pokémon obsessed, loser but cute boy role a bit too good, but anybody with two eyes and a brain can see right through his bullshit.
He's a thrill seeker and, quite undeniably, an avid and proud exhibitionist with no regards for etiquette.
It's obvious. The way he likes to show off his muscles he's so hardly worked for, but particularly enjoys flaunting the power he holds over others without really having to try too hard.
It showed when he manhandled Nico just so damn easily, pulling him with a practiced amount of strength, not too much but just enough to make him slip into a certain headspace and almost melt in front of everybody.
Then, when he straddled Yuma on stage, sitting there, high and mighty as he claimed his property, his prey. His only.
And Yuma, just like Nicholas did, obediently let it happen. Let Fuma do with him as he pleased, because that's just what their dynamic, what their relationship is all about. Taking and letting oneself be taken.
It's ownership and sheer power. He likes it when people see and recognize the hold he has over his pets. How they will submit to him in any situation, around any and everybody and under the excuse of everything being nothing but fan-service, but they know the truth.
That that's what gets him going and that he just can't deny.
And it's exactly that which has become the fracture line that widened suddenly and caused his good boy facade to come crashing down to reveal the sick man he truly is.
But we fucking love it, don't we?
