Elixir and Phoenix Down

Something a little cool I found out today, I found the ultimate replacement for coffee. I'm a avid coffee drinker so I never though I'd find something worth while to help me cut back. But the elixir is "multi-vitamins" pills. It's crazy how much more alert and focused I became during the afternoon by taking a multi-vitamin as opposed to a second round of coffee. It's vital for us singers to take care our bodies, because how we feel, will determine how optimized our vocalization will be. I got mine at target, any generic brand should work.
