And here it is with the brim finished.

It surprisingly took a lot less yarn than the original did.

I mean look at how much I have left over. I should have taken a before to compare but oh well. I'll probably make another one for him in a different style.

Okay I don't know how many times I have redone my nephew's bucket, but his head is growing and so I must do my duty and adjust.

Here's the old one I'm going to look up a different way to do the brim.

I'm using a 4.5mm instead of a 3mm. All of my first projects were done with 3.5mm because I didn't own anything bigger.

Being unemployed sucks even more so that I can't give anything adequate so I resort to hand crafts as to somehow make up for it.

As said here is the final alteration

I frogged an increased row because the chunky made up for it. It's roughly the same size as the previous version but a lot heavier and still loose.

I almost ran out of yarn and did what I didn't want to do which was open the other Dottie I had. There isn't a variation with color they are from the same batch. I just wanted it for a different project.

I was honestly surprised at how much yarn puff stitches take up. I thought the old hat was enough🫣😭.

I will take note just in case I want to make an entire outfit with puff stitches.

I think I'm going to start over, it's turning out to be bigger because I'm going chunky this time and I already had to Skip a couple of steps.i just don't want to run out of yarn. So I'm going to rework some things on some other day.

Here I am again redoing another hat! This Time it this one

Only because one of the puffs was coming out of line so I frogged it only to find out it was an extra long chain stitch so no amount of pulling was going to put it back in place. I'm going chunky this time. I'm using the grey serenity chunk from the last beanies and also thickening up the Dottie yarn to match and I'm using a 6.5mm hook.

So I got this sweater from my sister..... But it's missing a few buttons and got

a couple of holes.

As you can see she tried something before giving it to me.

What I want to do is redo it. But I have no idea what this

Stitch is as I am a beginner in knitting. Which means that vetoes focus on just the holes.

I was just wondering if there's anyone that can help with that.

My sis demanded a pompom, despite my opinion of it taking up a lot of expensive yarn.

I made this phone bag because I wanted something to hold my phone while I did chores and listen to music. I don't own bluetooth earphones, my nephew keeps finding ways to destroy them so I'm back to using wires for now.

I did some alterations because my phone is a lot longer and for the strap I chained 1 instead of 2.

I made the strap much shorter so I can just hang it on my neck. I used my phone case as a reference to- well my phone essentially.

Yes I have noticed the jumble, I also have no idea how that ended up that way and I have no desire to fix it. Not because it doesn't bother me (it's like a needle in the eyeballs), but only because I have spent nearly 2 weeks trying to get this to work.

So let's just pretend that it's a stylish beanie brim.🫠

Heeeyyyyyy so um this is what I got so far. I'm thinking I should unravel it and try to get it tighter. Once again the yarn weight is messing with my progress but it isn't that noticeable. The most frustrating bit for me is casting on and the rest is like easy going 🤷🏾‍♀️

My back isn't loving me right now though.

Finally got my first set of knitting needles and it isn't going so well. I've been at it for hours and I've managed to drop so many stitches and having to unravel is getting annoying. I'm ready to throw in the towel for a couple of days.

A lot of my frustrations come from catching the yarn like a crocheter. But I'm getting there, just not for the rest of the week.
