Hello! I was one of the people who ordered the viet svss all in edition. The last update you shared from Camphong mentioned that the estimated delivery was early July. Since it's been a month since the start of July and I have yet to receive any email or see any updates from your Twitter aside from the test prints (adorable, by the way, thank you!), I was hoping if you could relay the general shipping status of the books (ex. Haven't recieved the books, recieved but haven't started shipping yet, started shipping the books, etc)? I just want to know when I should expect my order to arrive, such as maybe early/mid/late August or something.

Hello! I haven’t receive the books yet so it is a bit hard to project a shipping schedule. In my last week communication with Camphong, they will start packing for US shipment soon, as domestic delivery within Vietnam wrapping up. I presume you can expect your order to arrive between late August - September

Both. The staff reserved some slots for me. But I also ordered off the local drop for extra slots

hi! i saw you opening a go for the svsss bible from cam phong. although i'm not from us i'm from overseas as well and i'm so confused how and where to order from their social media pages. if it's ok for you to share how to purchase it?

Camphong self-distributes so their fulfillment capacity is very small. Due to Vietnamese publishing policy, they have to prioritize local orders. Because of these 2 limitations, it is very hard to for international fan to order directly with Camphong. Locally in Vietnam, Camphong opens PO and have Viet fans order via Google form, then they will weed out the foreign address, then proceed with local bank transfer. So you won’t be able to order from your socmed directly without a Vietnamese address and a Vietnamese bank.

Camphong distributes to a few group orders worldwide, there is only 1 staff from their side so she can only handles like 1-2 GO per country. Their pricing for international GO is a bit higher than local fan because it includes financial fees and handling fees from their side. The format of their intl GO is also different like you can order the inclusions separately, etc.

Can I get a status on the TGCF Donghua 1st Anniversary for those who participated in the shared donghua boxes from 2021 and the Full set Autumn Leaf from 2022?

I have submitted refund request for these outstanding items. It is taking awhile to hear back from the stores. But I am OK fronting my personal fund for refunding too. I am in the middle of refunding for other GOs, once I finish with them, I will work on these next. I work through one GO at a time so that I won’t miss anyone.

hi salad hope you are well ! after you are done with your current batch and reclaims, can we please get an update on the 2ha manhua and omodoki merch?? their status on the sheet hasn't updated and its been 3 years since i ordered (im not in the fandom anymore for merch so i want to plan accordigly... ^^;)

Thank you for allowing me more time, more that you already did. As I mentioned before, some of the merchs arrived to me, but some didn’t. I shipped out what I could, and followed up with the store re the missing items. They made a delivery to my warehouse before the summer, but I checked the pictures from warehouse and there are still missing items. At the moment, I’m trying to identifying undelivered items from warehouse’s blurry pictures, to request refund for them.

If there is any mishandling/mismanagement of this GO, it is because of THE STORES, and me (I’m the GOM, so even if I didn’t do anything wrong, there is a level of responsibility that I have to take), so I hope you don’t feel hesitant in reaching out to me via email. Pretty please! I’d like to make accommodation to you. Also, for me to check if I miss-deliver to you or if there is any misunderstanding.

Hi Salad, hope your doing well. I wanted to know if there’s any update regarding the pending items from the TGCF Manhua Spring 2022 US GO, like the hualian autumn mini figures and GD related items?

GD standee was shipped out last year, if you missed it, please email me. Before the summer, they just sent me the doll clothes from the same GO and I already shipped it out to joiners in batch 25. I don’t have any updates other than that.
