@sapssflux
just watched spiderman so... spiderman!saps x mj!flux...
Gray: You're his bitch now— You're Flux's bitch now
Anon you are evil because that implies flux was watching the stream, saw sap's team win, saw him got into the stage, saw his message went through after his speech, and as he press send on his reply and waits for a call, only to witness or hear firsthand how she got a call first. Realized at that moment he was a second too late cause saps most likely sent the message before his speech

learn how to draw people making out 📝
Okay but if Flux was secretly one of us which one of us would he be
@mosquito-doctor for sure
Hello
Do we think flux wanted to kill himself when that happened on stream cause he watches msmp
we do think that.
What if I just chose violence tonight.
The mcyt fandom’s obsession with “boundaries” is a thinly veiled excuse to feel morally superior to and bully other fans by whiteknighting for their Favourite Internet White Guy, and completely misunderstands why we set personal boundaries and how they work.
A boundary is a personal limitation or set of actions communicated and enforced by a person for their own well-being.
What the fandom thinks are boundaries are actually ultimatums. They are the expectation that people adjust or limit their behaviour to make the boundary setter more comfortable, and that this behaviour will be enforced under threat of public duress or harassment for not doing so.
Essentially, if a content creator says “I don’t want to see shipping stuff.” then it is that creator’s responsibility to enforce that boundary for themself by blacklisting tags or avoiding spaces where they may come across that content. They cannot reasonably expect the fandom to stop creating ship content with their character in it, because then they are no longer sharing a personal boundary, but extending an ultimatum to the fandom.
This doesn’t even take into account the sticky nature of mcyt fandom and how a LOT of content creators don’t seem to understand that fandom exists because of their content, but it does not exist for them.
The biggest problem is, every fan wants to be their Favourite Internet White Guy’s special little soldier, and therefore clamour for those peoples’ “boundaries” so that they have an ultimatum to use as an excuse to feel morally superior when they bully fans out of fandom spaces for “boundary breaking”.
Now this. This is commentary. 🤌💋
we definetly agree to this to an extend, tagging stuff like ship art and nsfw is very important, but personally it feels really weird for someone to continue to make art or writing, or even ship people and characters with each other after they stated that they dont want that, there's a big difference between someone saying they dont want to see something specific of their character or them and them not wanting it to be done at all we're not one of those people that attack other people for doing something like that, but like, if a creator asks people to not draw their characters or themselves in such a way, isnt it... just... easier to respect those wishes? like what are you gaining out of disrespecting a boundary, yknow
id love to hear what other people have to say about this
I hope you’re okay with me replying to this as well. I wanted to break down your post with some responses.
“tagging stuff like ship art and nsfw is very important but personally it feels really weird for someone to continue to make art or writing, or even ship people and characters with each other after they stated that they dont want that,”
I think what a lot of fans in the MCYT fandom don’t quite get a solid read on is the point I made in my initial post. Fandom exists because of the content creators’ content but it does not exist for them. Breaking that down, it means that what the creator wants and what each individual fan wants to make is never going to perfectly align, because fans aren’t making nsfw or ship content FOR the creator, or at least they certainly shouldn’t be. To ban or censor (or give fans carte blanche to attack people that make) that content at large is a first step in the fandom becoming a very toxic place, because people love to escalate when they feel like they’re “in the right.”
“there's a big difference between someone saying they dont want to see something specific of their character or them and them not wanting it to be done at all.”
This is a perfect example of the boundary versus ultimatum issue. It’s a frustrating truth, I’m sure, but you just cannot control what other people do. When creators do that, they’re not sharing a boundary. Here are some examples.
Boundary (healthy, places the onus on the creator to ensure they’re not overstepping with their fans and curating their own interactions): “I don’t want to see this specific thing.” > Filters for ship and nsfw tags
Ultimatum (unhealthy, places the onus on fans to A: know that creator’s preference, B: enforce that preference to others who don’t through the threat of public harassment): “I’m not okay with/don’t make content of my character like this.” > End of effort on the creator’s part. Leaves fans to do what they want.
“we're not one of those people that attack other people for doing something like that, but like, if a creator asks people to not draw their characters or themselves in such a way, isnt it... just... easier to respect those wishes? like what are you gaining out of disrespecting a boundary, yknow”
In many cases, it just. Isn’t about the creator, and if the creator is inserting themself into fandom without understanding how it works, and assumes that all fanart is for/about them and not a person half a world away playing with their concepts like dolls, then that assumption is the issue of the creator. You also can’t assume that everyone is going to know every creator’s preferences on fan-content, and to do so is both unfair and likely to get someone harassed when they go against the creator’s wishes.
As blunt as it may be, I think this fandom really just needs to learn two things.
Content creators are not your friends and you won’t get brownie points for being The Good Fan Who Follows The Rules And Calls Out Bad Fans
and to mind their own business.
People who are calling OP a "freak" for this post need to realize that they're literally just calling people sinners with a queer coat of paint. You are doing the exact same thing as anti-sex, pro-censorship, "think of the children" pearl-clutching conservative christians, except queerwashed so when you harass your fellow queers for being sinners it's woke actually.
he's definitely been watching saps' msmp streams he's got yellow team on the mind lmao
ummmm. Fluxarata rpf
there's certainly something that tells me when people like rpf but i cant point out What
To the one anon who went "need instances of flux kinda showing his issues/insecurity", homie, have you ever watched Any Strean Ever? /j
But actuslly if you want to see him visible struggle with insecurity, watch the Seawatt speedrunning tournament stream. He's struggling so much later on. You get to see him slowly build some confidence in his ability to speedrun to all that crashing and burning to the ground in the last round of doom and despair. It's almost painful I can't even lie.
For smaller moments, most tournament streams work as well, he will feel directly at fault for any mistake and loss
EXACTLLYYY… it’s so so prominent in that speedrun tournament stream. and any event ones as well… he’s such a sensitive guy evernyan… we should all love him more
and sapsfluxgem? is sapsfluxgem
Omegaverse rpf would be the worse thing in the world for flux cause he can smell saps gf all over saps
saps' gf is a beta. he scents saps all over bc he knows she won't smell it and its the only way he can stake any sort of claim
I love that everyone just agrees these 2 are so close to killing themselves but for vastly different reasons
Saps life was just pure oldest horror and torment nexus where death would be great freedom, honestly impressed he is functioning so well
Meanwhile flux just has anxiety beyond belief and hates himself
well, anon, see, i do agree that oldest child role leaves you fucked up for life, some get off worse some better, but i do not think it was like. apocalyptic for saps. where is this assumption coming from i have no idea tbh. as some wise people said, saps might've had issues with how his parents raised him, even if he didn't realize it, but now he's an adult and has control over his own life it seems. he makes his own choices.
if some of y'all want a tragic backstory for rpf saps you can do as you like but i think in reality he just had attentive and generally well-meaning parents, he was their first child and they learned from that experience. your parents having really high expectations will fuck you up somewhat but you will have to grow up and get over it eventually. he holds himself to a higher standard than most as a result, but it doesn't seem to take as much of a toll on him as other kinds of parenting could.
and flux has probably better anxiety levels than he used to at some point - he's been pushing himself more lately. getting out of your comfort zone will fix you a little bit whether you want it or nah. he does have self esteem issues i think.
