Personal Update
I've been dreading writing this, but I wanted to put it out there.
In mid-February of this year, my dad passed away following nearly a year-long battle with lung cancer. We were also in the process of being evicted by our landlord at the time. The grief of losing my dad and the home we shared together has been tremendous, and although I have my fiance and extended family for support, it has been immensely lonely.
I'm living with my fiance now a state away from the one I grew up in. I am also currently waiting to see if I will need my gallbladder removed, as I started having gallstone issues a few weeks ago along with another kidney stone flare up. We're not in a great financial situation, but every day is a little bit easier than the last.
I haven't had the energy or inspiration to work on anything creative, but I hope to return to it one day - my little recolors for the Sims always made me happy and the small amounts they made me on CurseForge helped during our time of need.
I'm hoping to get back into playing the Sims, making recolors, and more sooner rather than later. I know I have a small following, but it still matters to me. Thank you for all the support and I hope to be back soon. If you'd like to reach out, my inbox is open.
