( ooc. ) it’s good to be home. new theme && icons. expect me to be active soon. might be deleting most of my old posts.
if you guys ever don’t like/can’t work with the starters i give you TELL ME. Please. I hate just having a starter sitting around with no replies to it. It’s kind of embarrassing for me? I will gladly write you another one if that is the case.
Jane shifted slightly as Linda sat next to her, simply watching her with a deadpanned gaze. -much more than she intended.
❝You haven’t done anything to annoy me yet. Well—-actually—you have. But we’ve already crossed that bridge. Or at least, I hope we have.❞
Ah, yes. That had completely slipped her mind. It had been such a long time since it was last brought up.
❝--You know I don’t care about him one bit, Never have.-- but anyway, yeah. We crossed it. It’s over...right? I mean, it’s been awhile. I almost forgot about it,❞
luke-twdg-casanova
❝What?
Do you think you’re threatening me with that gun? Put it down. We BOTH know you ain’t gonna shoot me.❞
visceriism
❝Hey you!
Over there, I see you. Horrible hiding spot, really. Come out. I’m not gonna shoot ya’.❞
loudmanwithabeard
❝Oh, god.
It’s YOU. What do you want, old man? I got things to do.❞
savelotsbandit started following you
"Well, hopefully like the ones there. Walkers are ripping out their throats. A boy who didn’t need to die, died because of people like you using an apocalypse to be an asshole. It won’t stay that way, I’ll kill them all.”
❝Look, man. It’s called
SURVIVING.
I ain’t proud of the shit I’ve done but it’s kept me alive this long. Don’t act like you haven’t done shit you regret.❞

"So one of you assholes survived? Shame.”
❝A lot of us survived, actually. Do you honestly think the only ones of us were at that Motel? We had way more than that stationed at Save-Lots and that High school. But, no need to worry about it now. They’re mostly gone -- off on their own.❞
Giving a brief, uncomfortable laugh, Jane turned her head away and looked down at the knees drawn up to her chest. She knew the feeling all too well.
She blinked as she looked back up, leaning back a bit as Linda inspected her, running a hand through her short cropped hair.
❝There really isn’t much to think of me, but—-thanks? I……guess.❞
Linda moved over, taking a seat beside Jane and tugging at the bandana around her neck, letting it hang a little more loosely against her chest. Her head turns towards the other female, giving her a soft smile.
❝There is, though. You were probably one of the nicest people to me, you know. Everyone else got annoyed of me after awhile. I mean, you might of, Who knows. But you were still decent to me. And...I don’t know, I just appreciated that.❞
like for a starter, my darlings.
❝Believe me, I get that. Things were still a mess for a while, so it was probably for the best.❞
She huffs, a tiny smirk following.
❝I mean, I thought about you, yeah—but… don’t take that the wrong way.❞
❝It wasn’t just that, I guess I’m used to being on my own. But, it get’s lonely.❞
A grin spreads across her lips, taking a few steps closer to Jane and leaning in.
❝I thought about you a lot, Janey.❞
like for a starter, my darlings.
