” ‘Dunno. Have you met homeless people? Pretty nice.” He was just joking, seeming to light up at her offer. He tried his best to hide it, though. “Wont your boyfriend mind? Your offer sounds pretty.. frisky.” He teased, brows raising playfully for a moment. Before she could reply, he turned on his heel, walking away from her. “Till then, Freys.” ———————————————————————- ✘
About an hour or two later, he was outside, examining his ways to get up. Her window was just kind of there, nothing around or below it except for some cheap ass plants. Luckily there was a ladder just hanging around by the shed. Made things a bit easier. He would’ve just used the back door otherwise. The sad thing was, it probably would’ve worked. He picked up the ladder, setting it under her window and climbing up. Once he was up, he just knocked, waiting to see her stir about inside. When he saw her figure, he gave a thumbs up, sarcastic as ever. When she opened her window, assuming she did, he spoke. “I’m not just pretty good at getting through windows.”
He was crazy. Absolutely, wonderfully insane. Part of her felt like pointing out she'd meant for the morning, but mostly, it just didn't really matter. She was smiling too much to care honestly, and with a slight roll of her eyes, Freya pulled up on the latches that held her window shut.
"I dunno, that's a pretty suspicious skill set to have, Stonem. Wonder wonder where you ever learned..." she said, the sarcasm in her voice quite obvious, but it didn't bring down the atmosphere in the least.
