Regarding Dispatch pathetically spreading malicious rumors about Jiyong

Hello, I’m sure you all know about Dispatch’s recent mess trying to pin some ‘preferential treatment’ on Jiyong which ended up being total lies aimed to bring hate to Jiyong and to disclose his confidential private medical hospital records. As this is a clear violation of his human rights and privacy and is a ground for suing let’s do our part.

This is a petition issued to the Blue House to close Dispatch, stop their illegal stalking behavior and protect idols’ privacy and confidential information. This isn’t only beneficial to VIPs but also every other fandom out there as Dispatch has a history of targetting other idols in the past and they won’t stop.

6. Jiyong suffers from Ankle Instability, he has broken bones fragments tearing down his muscles and ligaments every time he moves + recurrent dislocated shoulder. He had to undergo ligament reconstruction surgery. Jiyong’s struggle with his ankle has been going on for years, since his first injury in 2011 then 2013 then last year solo tour + BigBang’s Last Dance tour. The tough training in the White Skull unit exaggerated his condition and he needed the surgery.

7. Dispatch broke the law and violated the medical law by obtaining Jiyong’s confidential medical records and demanding YGE to release them. Severe medical law violation + infringement of basic rights.

8. This is the third time Dispatch targets Jiyong this year with their stalking and malicious reports.

1. Dispatch claimed Jiyong took 33 days sick leaves when he only took 25, there are other 4 enlistees in his unit who took over 21 days too.

2. Dispatch claimed Jiyong was admitted to a fancy ‘Colonel room’ with TV and a separate fan and AC when the truth is there is no Colonel room and he was admitted to a regular 1person room with no TV and there are ACs in all the rooms.

3. Dispatch claimed he’s getting preferential treatment for being placed in a single room when the truth is he was admitted to a single room to stabilize his case and prevent chaos that happened in the General Ward from other enlistees and their visitors.

4. Dispatch claimed Jiyong had visitors after visiting hours when the hospital official records proved he had no visitors after official visiting hours.

Jiyong is suffering from an awful invasion of privacy when a medic in the hospital drew a journal about him and sent it to his gf who posted it all over SNS. The journal contained private medical information about Jiyong such as his illnesses and medications.
