If I had to hazard a guess, I bet 20-40 lbs would be very doable without affecting my quality of life and mobility if I do it slow and steady 😈

Loose skin removal, you got a tummy tuck?

A panniculectomy :) my belly button looks the same as before, my muscles weren’t tightened at all and nothing above the belly button was changed! Also had some fat put back into my lower belly to make it smoother.

It looks so good now, it has a lovely round shape😋 they didn’t remove a lot either, just the bottom .5-.75 inch

tummy update! main difference since my loose skin removal last year is that my belly button appears lower - tbh I still prefer the way it looked before I lost weight but since that was unfortunately unavoidable for me, I’m finally happy again with how it looks now! not a bad compromise :3 scar is fading super duper well too, hopefully by my 1 year post op it will be mostly invisible.

I’m sure in time my belly will fill out more and grow back that cute round lower belly shape again 🥰 I miss the fat feeling thicker and firmer, since my belly used to be so much bigger its like a mochi like, soft pudding fat now 💞 both are hot and good!

I weigh about 35-40 lbs more currently compared to the pic on the left btw :)
