fr tho actually.. lot of this “proof (x) faked did!!!” in ignorant callouts is literally stuff that people with did regularly do or experience when their mental health is good and theyve improved. cofronting or coconsciousness, improvements on memory loss (including no more memory loss), alters who are less differentiated (aka “all act the same”), someone with did talking about all their alters/parts as “i” and not “we”, etc.. not only do all of these just… occur in did or osdd-1 systems to begin with, they ESPECIALLY are a part of did recovery. all of these are signs of lower dissociative barriers or of understanding alters as parts of one whole, which is what happens when you process the trauma that caused your did and become more functional and healthy. “calling out” people for these traits is anti-recovery, its saying did systems should refuse to get better or theyll be publicly doubted, shamed and accused of faking, its ableist and its awful to trauma survivors who are trying to get better.
