Y’know it’s honestly a same we’ll probably never see thor and bruce together again because they unironically became one of my favorite ships

while I ofc have been a thorbruce shipper since 2017, I think even as a friend dynamic they have one of the healthiest and closest relationships that we’ve seen developed in the mcu. they’re very freely tactile with each other and use it as a way to comfort—touching bare skin, each other’s faces, arms, hugging. thor was the first person who wasn’t scared of the hulk, and was the first person to genuinely TALK to the hulk instead of talk at him. bruce and thor are both incredibly smart science nerds who geek out about astronomical anomalies. they bonded in sakaar and realized they underestimated each other, and came to have a significant amount of trust between them. even in endgame bruce was the one to talk to thor and gently ask him to help the avengers, and basically told thor he was the one was closest to him, not natasha. so in all honesty it’s a shame we’re likely to never see them on screen together again
