What is the best and worse thing about working at the firestation?
Best is the sense of family we all have there. Worst is when people come to speak to someone dismiss me and only want to talk to my male colleagues.Ā
[text; David] You better! I still have pull at that house, missy... Wouldn't want you to lose that title. Haha
[text] Fineee. I guess you still need me to make you look cool.Ā

Meg: "Oh god I don't even want to think of the hangover I'm going to have tomorrow." Meg laughed as she actually started to think about the morning after, but of it was a night of fun so she'd just go through her tried and true hangover cures. She felt bad that she left Kara on her own but she knew the girl would be fine without her they both just needed some fun finally. Besides this whole thing really was stopping her from drunk texting some people. Meg's hand moved to the door once more and tried to move it lips pressing together some, "Oh come on." She muttered when it again didn't move, "Who knew stables were so sturdy."
Shantel: I already have the bottle of advil on the bedside table and my breakfast postmate order in my head. Everything greasy will be had." She laughed. Shantel was getting older and hangovers didn't come alone anymore but she could put with it for Halloween. "That is exactly what I was thinking. Any stable I've seen looks like a strong gust of wind would knock it over." She said shaking her head. Shantel knew it would be pointless to call for help, since the Stables were far away from the main mansion. "So, I guess we gotta make our own party." She smiled at the other girl.

Meg: was very happy that the kind of work that she did she rarely had to work on Halloween unless it was some big project. She loved this holiday last year she had made goody bags to give out to the kids, and even some mini adult drinks for the parents. Though this was the first party she's gone to since he break up with Gavin, "That sounds good to me, though I got yours since I made you drop it." She stated with a wide smile though it was a little hard to keep that smile on her face when they weren't able to get out of the stable. Her own hand moving to pull out her cell phone to look at it and sighed letting out a soft groan, "Oh come on man." She stated with a huff of a laugh, "Pretty sure this is how horror movies start."
Shantel: wavied her off. "Nah, it's fine. When I wake up one drink shy of a hangover I will be singing your praises." Shantel laughed. It had been a long time since she felt this good, with things going well at work and the hopes of something happening with Ben soon, she was happy. What was not making her happy was the thought of being trapped in here. "Nuh-uh." Shantel said. She fought fires for a living, this was not how she was getting out. Shantel tried to bust down the door but it was no used. "What are they made of? Steel?" she asked, shaking her head.

Meg: laughed some as a hand moved up to cover her mouth, she loved getting scared as much as the next person but oh man when you're in a strange house in the dark well that was different. "For real it's insane to me like normally I'm not this jumpy." She stated in honesty as she lowered her hand from her mouth to give a small smile, the drinks still effecting her from before. "Oh no no disturbing I promise, I'm just being nosey and was hoping there would a horse in here." She commented before nodding wishing she had actually brought her own glass, "You know a refresher actually sounds good." she commented as she followed the woman towards the door frowning some as the others attempted then failed at opening it, frowning "Oh yeah of course." She stated before she moved to take the others place and pulled a few times at it, also having no luck. "Okay either I'm weaker than I thought or this thing is super stuck."
Shantel: had to work the past few Halloweens which was always stressful because there were a lot of calls with parties gone wrong or people just being stupid. It was made up when kids would come by the firehouse dressed up and they would pass out candy or offer to check through bags but for the most part, it was stressful so was enjoying her time off and actually enjoying the party. "My treat since I scared you." Shantel said. "What the hell?" She asked, pulling on the door once more. "Oh my god, it's really stuck." She said, pulling out her phone. "No service." She said, trying once more to pull open the door.
Š½Ī±Ļ Ī·Ńεā sŃαвāεs- Meg & Shantel
Meg: was always one for Halloween and scares or at least she was when she was in the comfort and safety of her home. She felt silly being a little scared because there wasn't anything scary even remotely happening outside of it being dark and in a stable that may or may not even have horses in it, she was a little saddened that she hadn't ran into one yet. Though what she hadn't been expecting was another voice to ring out around her in this place and she found herself letting out a small little scream as her hand moved up to her mouth, "Oh no no I'm sorry, jesus what is it about the dark that makes this so creepy." She laughed some before she looked at where the drink had fallen, "I'm sorry that I cause you to drop your drink." She stated hand moving to rest over her now fast paced heart rate before she laughed nervously.
Shantel: liked a horror movie or two but that was from the comfort of her own home. This was starting to feel a little too real for her liking. "Sorry, I'm sorry!" Shantel said at the same time as the other girl. "I know, I swear everything is 10 times worse in the dark." She laughed. "Ah, it's fine." Shantel said, waving her hand in from of her. "I am sure there are more at the bar. Which is where I will be going, sorry once again to have distrubed you." Shantel said, moving to the door of the stables. She tried to pull on the lock but it wouldn't move. She pulled a few more times. "I'm sorry, could you maybe try and get the lock for me? It seems to be stuck." Shantel said.

Meg: didn't really know how many drinks down she was, but she did know she was having a good time, even saw Kara for a brief moment before she needed to get some fresh air. She was very curious about who it was that sent out all the invites to people because holy cow this place was huge, though she should have guessed it would be considering it had said mansion on the invite she had gotten. Stepping outside into what she could only assume was the backyard but who really knew anymore, she fanned herself slightly oh this was why she tried to not drink to much she always got so warm afterwards. Stepping off the stairs and into the yard she looked around spotting a stable off in the distance she laughed, "No freaking way!" She stated a wide slightly tipsy smile on her face as she started to make her way inside suddenly getting the creeps with how dark it was inside of it now that she was away from the lights of the mansion, "Oh this is how horror movies start." She muttered under her breath.
Shantel: was always a fan of Halloween and she was excited to have some time off to get some down time. The thought of a party in a mansion was so exciting to her. When she arrived the party was in full swing, she had some drinks and found herself looking for Ben. She was unsure if he was here with someone or if he even wanted to see her but she wanted to see him, spend time with him. She had a drink in her hand and after speaking with some friends excused herself. How she wound up outside was beyond her but her legs were carrying her before she think any better. Shantel saw something in the yard that peaked her interest. She quickly saw it was a stable and thought there may at least be a horse or two she could see. When she got in she saw how dark it was and when she heard another voice she let out a small yelp, dropping her drink in the process. āOh my god. Iām so sorry.ā She said.
