hey! i downloaded kyle webster's impressionist brushes but i'm a little confused since when i use them they are so blotchy and have different colors? was wondering if you can upload something like a speedpaint or tutorial!

I know what you mean! I like the blotchiness for non-skin texture (e.g. clothing, backgrounds; I’ve even used it for hair!) so that the color isn’t uniform / homogenous, but I stick with the regular round brush mixed with airbrush when working with the [human] face! just my personal preference, but it also depends on what style you’re going for.

my speedpaint process isn’t too interesting (a lot of the paint bucket, going over parts again with a textured brush, then erasing the edges to make things neater), but I’ll look into it one of these days! :o)
