Just got the news that Vincent Paul Abbott, aka Vinnie Paul, who was known as the drummer of Pantera and Hellyeah, has passed away. Being a member of one of the influential bands in my life, I am shocked… My deepest condolences to his family. May he rest in peace.

It’s been nonstop since last year. You look at the schedule at its final state and be like “oh fuck this. So guys that’s the plan?” Haha. Top condition is a must, even more so if it’s more of a thorough one, but it’s kinda hard to maintain it for the most part.
Just make sure you’re still taking care of yourself.
