Password Problems
So Tumblr has locked me out of my account, saying I have to change my password...but I don’t have access to the email I used to sign up to reset my password. Customer service is no help either. When I called, all I got was a message that literally sounded like a home answering maching saying something like “hi this is tumblr, we’re not here right now.” How unprofessional though?? Where is your customer service line? I’ve sent them numerous emails to no reply. @staff this is completely ridiculous. I have had an account with you for years and this is how I’m treated??
Well in any case, I guess I’m only gonna be able to post until this browser logs me out too. Hopefully Yahoo gets their shit together and contacts me about this, I can’t imagine they want to lose any more business than they already have.
This has been super frustrating. I’m going to bed.
