31 Days of Halloween: Chucky

Day 31

YAY! I made it! Happy Halloween! For the last day here is a girly chucky look.

I had so much fun doing the 31 looks of Halloween! I hope you guys have enjoyed it as much as I have. 31 Days of Halloween: Gray Scale

Have you ever seen that movie Pleasantville? Where a young Spidey and his fast sister go in to a black and white tv show and turn it color? Anyone? It's a good one.... Anyway I digress, that is essentially the idea here! This halloween look is a black and white person in a world of color.

31 Days of Halloween: Cut/Burn

Day 28

It's the final count down .:guitar solo!:. Today I want to show you 3 different ways  you can make burns or cuts using latex. This is easy and all you need to go buy is liquid latex. 

Latex only

Here I painted on a layer of the latex and let it dry. I did that 2 more times. I then poked holes and pilled them back. Using just the latex makes it look very smooth but has little texture and looks just painted on. And here is the step did on all of them I placed red eye shadow in the cut then black shadow in the outer part of the circle then blended it. I covered it in blood to look more fleashy.

Paper towels

I panted a layer of latex and place a paper towel on top and painted another layer of latex. I did the same steps as above. The paper towel have a pattern which makes it harder to blend into the skin and does not look smooth. Although the texture looks better for a burned effect.

Tissue

I did exactly what I did above. The tissue had no pattern which blends easily. This one is the one I prefer, you can layer up the paper to make it have more texture and it blends very easily.
