Hungry, excited, and silly culinary school graduate cooking and nibbling voraciously in Seattle’s eccentric & delightful Capitol Hill! Have happily made and eaten food professionally as a baker, line cook, doughnut maker, prepper, deli cook, cake decorator, saucier, server, hostess, and chocolatier. Currently enjoying slow but adventurous progress on my e-cookbook, which I hope to self-publish this year. Living in a charming little Seattle apartment with my sweet puppy and her silly dad while we all work toward our dreams.
