i was your secret santa for the @simblr-secret-santa gift exchange! :) you said you were looking for some walls and floors for your game, so i came up with two of each. click the images to see the previews in hi-res. i hope you enjoy your gift! ♥ when dot met wood polka-dot walls using wood paneling from the base game. this comes in a brown wood and a white wood version, and both use @pleyita‘s lovely april showers color palette. they’ll be listed separately in the catalog and are 8 simoleons.

home for the holidays tile i really love this tile that came with the base game but thought it could use a few more colors, so i took a selection of the same april showers palette i used for the walls. these will appear under the same swatch as the base game item—they won’t be separate in the catalog.

warm and cozy woods this is another great base game floor that i wish came in more colors, so i used @dramallamadingdang‘s wood palette to add more swatches. again, this will appear with the base game swatches.

SIMTOINETTE’S 400+ FOLLOWERS GIFT (UPDATED TO WORK WITH DISHWASHERS)

I’m so, so, sooo excited to share this with you all. This has been the project I’ve been working on for the last couple weeks (hence my radio silence and general lack of posts). I’ve recolored the entire S. Cargeaux kitchen set from the base game in all of Anna’s colors!

This set is my favorite one from the base game and I was always bummed that it came with a crappy tile countertop and didn’t have many colors. I really love bright kitchens with lots of colors, so I took it upon myself to add some more swatches.

You get 3 styles of countertops for both the counter and islands with matching cabinets. I also fixed a weird uv issue where the top of the cabinets had a white line that appeared right on the edge.

The screenshots look like the cabinets are lighter than the counters, but that’s just the way I lit the room (aka poorly) and how I edited the screenshot (also poorly). They match perfectly and look fabulous, if I do say so.

I tested these on both my Windows partition and my Mac, so they should work without issue. If you have any problems let me know!

i’m assuming most people fixed these files with the batch fix in sims4studio, but in case you haven’t and still want to use these old counters, i’ve finally updated the file myself (a year and something late). just let the new ones overwrite the old. if there’s still an issue let me know. :)
