You know when you cheat yourself and you can see the results all over your stomach, thighs, calves, arms, and back. You get what you put in. i binged tonight & i wanna die :)
i’ve noticed this trend of me always bingeing at night and cereal being the food that starts off my binges. and you’d think that noticing this pattern would help me prevent it from happening, but no i’m too fckn weak. please if anyone has really good strategies or mind tricks to prevent a binge, dm me or if we’re mutuals, post on your blog. i’m never gonna lose any weight this summer the way things are going. i hate myself every time i binge, but i can’t get myself to stop and it’s gonna be the death of me. o NEED to start restricting again. the summer’s passing and i’ve been losing & gaining the same 3 pounds. something needs to change.
