Hello! Welcome! You may call me Skettchy ^v^ I've dedicated this blog to sharing my drawings, plushies, photography, and other creative endeavours with anyone who's willing to see them

Before you go ahead and peruse my collection, here's a couple things you oughtta know:

This is my silly little art blog! If I can't tie it to something fun and creative, you're probably not gonna find it here

I'm not limiting myself to any one particular fandom or subject matter, I like to jump around various things of interest with little rhyme or reason

I've decided to keep this a SFW space, anything that could potentially be suggestive or otherwise triggering will be tagged as such

I don't feel like mucking about with a specific DNI, I'll just be blocking at my own discretion thank youuuuu

Because people have asked in the past: no I don't do commissions (sorry)

I'll occasionally take small drawing requests, but there's no guarantee if/when I'll get to them (the turnaround time on that tends to range from 3 hours to 3 months)

Oh look, a proper introduction to two of the guys who've been rotating in my mind the last few weeks :D

This is Mon*Star and T-Ray, two of the leading bad guys from the shows SilverHawks and TigerSharks respectively (both of which are sister series to ThunderCats)

Mon*Star runs a Mob in the Limbo galaxy made up of a bunch of miscellaneous crooks and criminals, and T-Ray leads a group known as the Mantanas who're basically a bunch of miscellaneous fish people

Okay, show-and-tell over, bye!

(Well, not bye actually, there are bonuses:)

My very first attempts at drawing these guys which I'm not as happy with, probably because I tried doing it digitally which isn't nearly as fast n' loose as sketching on paper

Shadowstriker plush progress: I figured out the weird shapes of her chest :D

My plan was to figure out how her helmet works before finally moving on to drawing up the final patterns, but that part was proving to be very tricky to figure out so I'm just gonna move onto the final patterns now and leave the helmet as a problem for future me :P

Big 'ol sketch page of the main four Renegades!! Except I drew them all as plushies because I didn't feel like contending with boxes when I started this thing (started it in March and was gradually chipping away at it over the last few months)

I wanted to completely fill out the page before I posted, buuuuuuuuut I knew if I did that it'd take at least a year to do so

Kind of a small tangent-- If you're wondering why there's been a sudden (mild) influx of Crasher/Cy-Kill art, it's because I read this little ficlet early in the year and it kinda sold me on the pairing lol

Wow, I really do have a tendency to go from "Okay, this time I'll try not to put so much attention on shipping" to "Oops! All Polycules!" the longer I'm engaging with an interest, huh?

Was looking through old art again and felt strongly compelled to post this little gem from 2022 (inspired of course by this iconic vine)

I was originally planning on making plushies of all 5 of these guys, but I only managed Henry and Charles before the hyperfixation expired :/

Li'l something from a few months ago

I made a buncha these "Pizza Snakes" which're basically what it says on the tin - pizzas that resemble snakes (Although technically they're more like calzones bc I put sauce and cheese in the centre of their bodies before rolling them up into tubes)

Also, small bonus thing:

A small meal I put together consisting of cubed cucumbers (with salt), strawberries, blood orange, and the leftover head of the first snake :]

Finally illustrated this dumb little idea that's been rattling around in my brain

Can't for the life of me find where the original audio came from, but hopefully the reference is recognisable

Shadowstriker plush progress: I've made a solid start on the prototyping!

I've made 3 different heads (I think the 3rd's shape is good enough to use in the final product) and one bare-bones chest

Still need to do the helmet prototypes alongside the external chest pieces, but after that I think I'll be ready to move onto drawing up the final pattern pieces ^v^
