Little update 🌸

I’m two days in my diet and already lost 1,9kg (~ 4.2lbs). I’m so happy 😍

I know it’s not always going to be this much weight loss but it’s super motivating for the start!

I am starting a new diet tomorrow and I’m so excited. I’ve already done it like two years ago and lost about 10kg in 21 days. 🔮🙏🏻

The rules are:

No carbohydrates

No fats

No alcohol

Only 500-700cals a day
