Slugger gets his alias from his baseball skills. He grew up in Saskatoon, playing sports of all kinds like hockey, lacrosse and tennis, as well as racing cars from a young age, but after a big wreck damaged his face and forced him to quit motorsport, he committed to the sport he excels in the most - baseball. Slugger eventually went to Oregon State University for baseball and had significant success. He hopes to still one day play pro baseball.
Just months after graduation, Slugger took his Chevy Silverado truck for a joyride, attracting the attention of police. With his skill behind the wheel he managed to outrun and evade them until he ran out of fuel, prompting them to call in backup from SDN to make a deal.
While not truly a villain, Slugger could keep his car and his license if he agreed to work as a driver for the Phoenix Program. Plus, his athletic prowess could come in handy in other ways for SDN, who knowsā¦
