For people who have compassion toward all life and even the rocks, the spirit of Divinity will be apparent in all things and meditation will be natural.
Gananathamritananda Swami

Every now and then Swamiji prepares a gourmet meal. Many people don't realize that he received a culinary training and had worked in restaurants many years back. Hearty meal made from fresh veggies from the farmers market. This is Couscous with Roasted Spring vegetables served with Tzatziki, Cuban Salsa Verde, and Muhamura.
Give up your miseries and your desires so you can instead praise and serve Creation. God is in all things. When we help others around us; we serve Him. There is no charity or act of kindness which does not serve the Lord Himself. And there is no selfless action which does not bring us closer to His grace.
Gananathamritananda Swami
