What the universe says I need and it's completely correct.

My only disappointment is that we had that but didn't at the same time. 😑 but I have to leave... I have to leave the codependency and hoping he would be what he wished for himself.

He asked me last night, are we doing the right thing ... By splitting up.

I said yes. I held him in my arms for the first time in months and thought maybe yes was too harsh...but it was true. What else do you say to someone you have been with for 12 years, but the truth.

This cycle we were in would have continued... But not anymore my love. You have to continue this journey on your own.

Crazy update: he came to me and express his acceptance of the situation. He called me by my name and not babe. I guess it's finally happening. It's sad leaving a relationship when we both tried so hard to meet each other. But I'm happy we're slowly transitioning back to friendship in a gentle good bye.

What the future holds .... It is still being created..
