Experiment types.
Some examples, I found through pinterest. Visually it perfer both design regarding the legible I would say top example is more understandble. The bottom example reader gets confuse which/ where to looks and the bottom right has got lots of texts even though they have break the paragraph and sperate in two colomn it stills is bit confusing to read.Â
Paragraph style
short cut for creating chapter icon on each pages.Â
These are my finals for my procon. I think it looks professional when put them all together. I am pleased with all of my outcome. Despite it was a rough ride throughout.Â
STORY BOARD.
These are the storyboard for my video. Not a great drawing person. It’s some rough sketch that I did. I took lots of different shots and chose the ones that would fit in the films.Â
Ideas for my video...
Idea 1 So for my video, I had an ideas of filming myself creating greeting cards in action. I don't won't my video to be single shots/ continues filming myself making the card. It has to appealing and interesting. Here are some ideas on how I will be shooting my video: - close up shots - different angel - cutting of scissors, paper, etc. it's all basic I don't to complicate myself by using different techniques which would take me ages to shoot. Keeping it simple yet effective. Idea 2 Another ideas was to shoot in like a studio more to say print studio. Giving the sense where all the are made and design. For that I will be using uni print room. Since it's a perfect location for what my website is about. Idea 3 The last one is to go around greeting card shops and shoot my videos. But in order to do this I will have to be really sneaky... I have seen some shops that sells really beautiful and creative cards which again is perfect for me. These are the three ideas that I will be working on and ask feedback from tutor to see which one sounds more appealing and shows what my website is about.
Final video for my shop.Â
It did took me a while to edit them video. I have never used this programme before so I was struggling but got used to it after. All the shots in this video are my own, shoot by myself. There are some shots that I took from greeting card shops Paperchase and from Afflecks. All together my film was what I expected to be. I am pleased with my edit and the outcome was to standard.Â

Les TwinsÂ
French twins dancer, Larry and Laurent. What can I say about them. From the first moment I saw them twins dances I just fall in love with them.Â
the twins won the Hip-hop New Style division at Juste Debout, beating out over 353 dancers. Les Twins, they have work along side Beyonce, Ne-yo, Missy Elliott and so on. Apart from that they also travel around choreographing in countries: America, UK, France, Japan, Italy, etc.
They were incredible dancers! I have watched many street dancers but no one can top them twins brothers. Wish I could move like them... They add their own uniqueness on their routine and are in sync throughout their performance. It might be the twin thing. They can do all moves twerking to robotic. Their body moves to any music from very emotional to hip hop. There is nothing they can not do in terms of dance...apart from b-boy. Never seen them doing it. Most of the performance they are mostly duo. Even they though they perform together they both have their own style...In my view Larry uses more of his upper body like popping and Laurent uses his legs...do spins, stretch, and wiggling moves which is absolutely jaw dropping. In some competition they do perform separate but not against each other, and I really hate this because while they perform separate I don’t get the strong vibe as I get while watching them together. Anyway they are amazing in what they do.
Each time I watch their video on youtube, it’s just amazing feeling and every move are different and fresh. They have been inspiration to many other dancers and a role model. You can see the passion and the excitement they have while they are dancing. It’s crazy what they do.
Love the videos when the other team they can’t beat this twin bothers. Sounds mean but they are just so talented. Wish I had chance to meet him one day.Â

Full secs
This one is my recent discover I made, during the workshop we had for our pathways. Full secs is a five second video animation. Juts 5 seconds... how much can you do in just 5 seconds. Well turns out a lot. The video contains humor and the animation it self is wonderful. They relate the video based on given title say for example the "bubblegum" video. It's not just the blowing and pooping of the gum through the mouth as we normally do. Instead the gum in blow through mouth and pops back into inside his body. Hence. the body explodes...more to says it pops. This what makes the video more humor and exciting. They explores the simple idea into very creative manner. Awesome!

My Neighbor Totoro
All time favorite animation. God knows how many times I have watch this animation. It never gets old. My Neighbor Totoro (1988) is a Japanese animation done by Studio Ghibli, directed by Hayao Miyazaki. It’s full of spirituality, joyous and bit of humor. And Totoro it self is a charm. 1988... wow that’s old but it's still fresh till now. The character and personality are just remarkable. Â
With Miyazaki's usual flair for bringing us unforgettable characters and situations, this is refreshingly simple, a genuine crowd-pleaser.
The movie tells the story of two young sisters, Satsuki and Mei, moves into a new house with their father and their mother has been sick which was moved to this area. It's all new environment, unlike other animated story characters who moves out they are very reserve and doesn't show much interest specially children. But in this Satsuki and Mei they just look so happy and runs up and down in their new house which by the way its' bit old no one has stayed their in years but the condition of the house looks not that bad. It doesn't even concern them how rotten some stuff in the house are. Â Anyway... they both explores their new surrounding. While watching the scene of the area, I was so into it thought to myself I should go and live in country side. The visuals are very detailed and beautifully done.
Here again in the west spirit is compare to  monster, he (totoro) would have been a terrifying creature bent on bringing harm to little kid (who can be seen only through the eyes of a child). They  also befriend with their unusual more like mysterious forest spirit called Totoro. In this film, Totoro is kind of a role model to those kids. He is not a monster but a friendly and cuddly being. Again, most of the western the monster they talk but here totoro he doesn't talk at all. How was he name totoro was mei the youngest one goes wondering in the forest he falls into totor's belly while he was taking a nap... totoro by the way is a giant. And Mei bravely ask for what's his name was and the totoro yawns which goes like tooo...to...ooootoooroooo... hence that’s how he was name. Mostly all the spirit character are so adorable. Whole film is about them living their life with these creatures. The love between sister and the way they stick with each other are very catching. The characters are just adorable as well. There are some scene where they don't talk... but you can understand just by their body language and the surrounding. It captivates audience if they are not into animation. Â
One of my best scene, waiting one night in the rain for their father to arrive on a bus from work, Satsuki and Mei share an umbrella. This was rather surprising and unusual  because not kids they don't wait for there parents it's other way around again a contrast to western animation. When Totoro appears out of nowhere and stands next to them, they hand him an umbrella. Delighted to hear the drops of water above him, Totoro jumps happily up and down, shaking loose more raindrops from the trees. It is a simple and magical moment of communion between the three of them. Through out the scene they don't make any conversation...it's just the sound of rains and light lightening.
Unlike any other animated movies it has a moral, My Neighbor Totoro shows the trust for each other. The relationship in the movie are just beautiful. This movie was well done both visually and emotionally. It's a animation for all age.
CRITICAL REVIEW 1
GUIRELLA MARKETING
I have never heard of Guerilla Marketing not until recently. I was really drawn into their creative and innovative. The strategy they use are very simple yet very effective. As a graphic student, it's a best inspiration we can take. It was not very complicated they had their message put through easily. They don't just design banner and logs then put them to the street. Easy and unique ideas is what they offer for the audience. They physically experiment their work and put in the public. This is what I want to achieve for my street identity. Interesting and relevant for the street . Putting myself in a product and have simple communication. Visual interpretation and keep it simple. Â One of my most interesting advert has to be UNICEF Dirty Water Vending Machine Campaign. This eye-opening DIRTY WATER initiative from Casanova Pendrill New York, goes beyond collecting funds for UNICEF in a unique active street effort. The goal was to shock the media and the public with this alarming issue.
It's just absolutely brilliant. Â When I saw this advert I was really impress and was so much inspiring. Drooping a vending machine that contain dirty water...of course with different flavor: malaria, cholera, typhoid and hepatitis. Well, shockingly people in under developed country that's what they drink and people in developed country they knew about that but not all people are so keen on helping those people. So they brought reality of the world water crisis to every day in New York. Knowns for its busy and developed city. This strategy really work well. Public passing by the vending machine was encourage to donated just $1 through the vending machine or via phone. Â
Also there are some unpleasant response at the end of the promotional video where they comment "which ones makes me look skinner," or "these disease won’t kill you it helps you loose weight".

The final video. I will need to change my logo color into green because my actual logo is in green. This was just for a test. As you can see there is still some editing needed which I will working while doing for my final video.Â
For my logo revealing, Joules thought me another way to do it called the technique “write on”. I found this method very useful and easier compare to one I did before. The one I have done before was not very smooth and the logo looked bit wiggly compare to my original, which was lot  more calligraphy. Â
Here is my prototype of how I am going to reveal my logo at the end of my video that I have been working on. Since my logo is very calligraphy I decided to experiment how I am going represent my logo rathe than just being a flat image on my video. I have been struggling to get exact smooth curves that’s on my logo in After effect. I have never used this programme before with help with my friends and tutorial videos this is was the end result. Still need lots of editing to do... Â
here is video that I found form juicy lucy website. I really like the set out of the video. I was thinking of something similar like shooting in own studio. But in my case I will have to improvise make use of the print room that's available at uni.
