Las personas que más quisiste en algún momento pueden llegar a lastimarte, y de qué forma...

Pero debemos aprender a perdonar. Soltar, dejar ir todo lo malo. No debemos rodearnos de gente que afecte nuestras emociones ni pensamientos.

Hay que ser fuertes ante cualquier cosa, no importa si lloras, es parte del proceso.

Durante este año aprendí muchas cosas de lo bueno y de lo malo que alguna vez llegué a hacer. No puedo dejar que mis emociones y estado de ánimo dependan de una persona que simplemente ya no tiene cabida en mi vida, ambos tomamos caminos diferentes y eso está bien.

No le deseo el mal a nadie y espero que tengan toda la felicidad que se merecen y más.

Nowadays I can say I'm happy. I'm still a little bit broken but it's ok I can deal with this.

I can cry sometimes, and that's ok too because I need to feel good with me and my emotions.

I have to be strong against the adversity and give a big smile for me and everyone I love.
