‘A Minha Amiga Fran (DJ-Pee Remix)’ by Mc Jair da Rocha I don't know what they call that Thai dance music with the repetitive drums and bassline, to which every pop track inevitably gets remixed here and blared out of dodgy pool bars with waitresses that seem a little bit too friendly, or the speakers of a bored taxi driver as you're stuck in a 2 hour Bangkok traffic jam... But I finally found a remix that I kinda dig. It's astonishing to hear Brazilian baile funk (funk carioca) here in Thailand, but then again, I knew about K-pop's popularity in Brazil, so I shouldn't be surprised.
