Ok so this is Goin to be like a little vent cuz I was so fucking scared and embarrassed n shit.

so for a few years now I've been absolutely terrified of doctor, nurses, psychiatrist and all kind of people that work in that like things. I don't know why, like if I even think about that I get a panic attack. another thing is I always feel someone watching me and like just talking to me like we were in a movie, constantly. it's kinda exhausting but you get used to it somehow,the thing is I always feel someone and I always fear of being judged by that someone that would be myself ig. psychiatrist and psychologist never really helped me so if someone knows why I am like this idk hmu?
