　Heya! My name is Skeptic. I'm 25 and I use he / him or it / its pronouns. This is a selective, mutuals - only roleplay blog for ALASTOR from HAZBIN HOTEL. Check out this page for details on my blog rules and more information about my character.

　I refuse to be involved in drama. Any messages regarding it in any form will be deleted and the user/s blocked. Don't " warn " me about other users, don't send me call - outs, none of that. We're all adults here and I don't need y'all acting like it's high school.

I refuse to censor my muse. Triggering content will appear here ( more details in the carrd page ) and a lot of it is likely to be untagged. If your rules state something you need tagged, I'll do my best to remember, but otherwise, please let me know personally if you need something tagged. The following topics, regardless of how explicit the discussion of it may be, will ALWAYS be tagged on this blog. Use the phrase " cw [trigger] " to blacklist it : TBA.

I am... burnt out.

I know I came back and made a big deal of the whole thing, and it's not for lack of muse or interest, but I'm just having a lot of trouble maintaining this blog. Which sucks, because I so deeply love this community and this method of writing. There's something so much more fun and personal about putting all the time into my graphics and promos, getting silly messages from anonymous users, participating in dash commentary and community events. But it's just so much to manage right now.

I don't talk about my personal life in detail much here, but I struggle with really severe depression and anxiety, and the RPC as a whole has always been a big outlet for that. In the past month or so, however, I've dealt with a lot of really awful mental health issues, including thoughts of hurting myself. I've dealt with really intense C-PTSD triggers and flashbacks, had to move very suddenly, dealing with financial struggles... it's been a lot. And while roleplay has been a big source of stress relief for me in this time, it's been personal and private roleplays through Discord that have been the most helpful. I don't see myself coming back here for a while, at the very least not until the next season is completely released. I have my doubts regarding that, however.

And honestly, I'm tired of being scared of harassment to start back up here again. Not to mention I feel endlessly guilty when others endure it just for associating with me. I find it childish that so much crazy shit happens solely because I don't think fiction and reality exist on a 1:1 ratio, but I digress.

All this being said, I'm leaving this blog up for archival purposes, but I will not be active here again for a while, possibly never. BUT I still really want to roleplay with ALL OF YOU.
