Oooo I saw this on YouTube like, yesterday, if you have snacks and you don't feel full you should add either protein or carbohydrates so it has both cause that makes snacks filling for your body

So for carbs u can add cookie, fruit, cracker, etc.

And for protein nuts, nut butter, cheese, roasted chickpeas, glass of milk
