Page 177 of 366 💫 I’m grateful for all the opportunities to step out of my comfort zones, for all the challenging situation that make me grow. Every day teaches us something if we stop trying and worrying so much all the time. I’m reflecting a lot, really trying to get in touch with myself and work on my insecurities and triggers. Throughout my life I’ve been not fully myself oftentimes, not expressing myself, always trying to fit in. Not because I’m trying to be fake but because 1. I was so insecure whether people would like me, 2. I didn’t want to bother anyone and 3. I didn’t even know who I was. What is ME? What are my passions, my dreams, my talents? I always admired my friends for eg their beautiful handwriting, their incredible voice, their humor and intelligence, their style, creativity, etc. instead of being more confident. I have experienced bullying in school and I think that combined with other things made me always hide myself a little bit. Fear of failure was holding me back in so many cases, fear of people’s reactions. And it still does sometimes. But I’m working on more and more living in the moment, not stressing about what others might think, if they would have a problem with me. Realizing that it is okay to be “edgy”, to live boldly and to just be… And I want to encourage you guys to experience yourself. All of you are unique and have amazing gifts to give to the world. Be proud of who you are, don’t be afraid to experiment and try to find the real you. You don’t have to be like other girls or boys to fit in and to be accepted. And you don’t need anyone’s approval to do whatever makes you happy. Don’t ever hide your light ✨ #jjgratitudebook
